With innovation ingrained in our approach, we are actively developing the main pillars of our operational structure. We’re looking for an end-to-end talent attraction expert to help us uncover and retain the right talent.



What you will do:

As a core team member of Moss’s People team, you will partner closely with unit leaders to own their hiring pipelines: understanding hiring goals, defining the candidate experience, driving outreach, and filling key positions with amazing candidates. You will also be an advocate for Moss’s company culture. Requirements

What you bring to the table:

  • You have working experience within a fast-paced startup environment or similar.
  • You are a natural researcher and quickly make yourself familiar with project requirements.
  • You enjoy speaking with and interacting with people at high volumes. You have some experience conducting direct search for talent on online platforms (LinkedIn, Xing, Github, Kaggle, etc.).
  • You have experience with, or at minimum have a high interest in talent attraction strategy and Employer Branding.
  • Startup mentality: you are a team player but can just as well work autonomously and lead your own projects when needed.
  • Growth mentality: you are passionate about what you do and eager to learn and grow with us. You are always ready to explore new approaches, new technologies, and ideas from other members of the team.
