Our partner Alteos is an InsurTech spin-off of AXA Konzern AG. Alteos goal is to create the insurance solution of the future by combining innovative technologies, classic products and digital processes.

In sales Alteos primarily works together with partners, links their products and services with suitable insurance solutions, integrates itself into existing processes and offers their end customers tailor-made solutions at exactly the right time.

Insurance Operations Manager (m/f/x)


These will be your tasks

  • You are responsible for the design & implementation of efficient processes for all business processes (internal and external)
  • You will work closely with the insurance and technical product managers, the general counsel and the sales and business development managers on the introduction of new products and the implementation of new partners
  • You will be responsible for the planning, implementation and controlling of your responsible processes
  • You actively contribute to process automation in the extended customer service area (e.g. through efficient consulting, claim and claims processes)
  • You analyze existing service processes and optimize them with regard to quality, costs, output, productivity, etc. while taking lean management and scalability into account
  • You make sure that all work steps are well organized and that work processes operate smoothly

You're offering these qualifications

  • You have a degree in business administration or a technical / commercial education and relevant professional experience in the IT / insurance / banking / FinTech or InsurTech area
  • You are experienced in designing (in the form of BPMN), implementing and optimizing processes (experience in Supply Chain Management is an advantage)
  • You already have experience with the strategic planning, control and monitoring of work processes in an insurance company
  • You work in a structured and responsible manner with an affinity for problem-solving
  • You have excellent analytical skills, a talent for organization and a high level of key performance orientation
  • At best, you have already gained experience with Zendesk
  • You speak English fluently
