Job description

stenon offers the world’s first real-time soil analysis solution for agriculture.

With our IoT solution consisting of combined intelligent sensors, artificial intelligence and data
analysis, we are solving a major, global problem in agriculture and society. We provide the data
necessary for cultivation optimisation that is currently not economically accessible, and thus create
extreme value for farmers.

You will:

  • Be responsible for establishing our production line in our brand new office
  • Be in charge for ramping-up the production output over the year
  • Implement a best-practices inventory tracking and management system
  • Build-up and lead your production team
  • Work closely with R&D and the CTO to transfer products into the production line effectively
  • Consider FMEA best-practices
  • Work closely with QA to establish high quality production standards
  • Provide technical support for component sourcing and purchasing


You will be a fit for this role if you have:

  • A degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in FMEA and production line design
  • Have previously implemented a hardware production line
  • Experience in leading team-members
  • Good diagnostic, debug and troubleshooting skills
  • Enjoy taking on challenges and creating results quickly
  • Uphold a high standard in engineering

In addition, we would love you to have:

  • Experience in bringing a product to live - from design to manufacturing
  • Experience with ISO 9001 QM standards
  • First touch points in the field of agriculture
