Xylon is a high tech electronics company focused on design of flexible automotive data logging solutions, intellectual property (IP cores) and design services based on programmable FPGA and SoC technologies. With a special focus on the automotive industry, our partner has developed a product that really stands out - the logiRECORDER Automotive HIL video logger. This test and measurement device is globally used by a number of the most prominent Tier 1 companies and OEMs to improve and accelerate design and testing of cutting-edge Autonomous Driving and ADAS automotive systems.

The Country Sales Manager collaborates with Xylon's Senior Executive team, and plays a major part in the German Sales office. This person is responsible for the next leap of German sales. This position entails managing the portfolio in line with financial targets and resources, and expanding the high-quality German team.

The Country Sales Manager is ideally located in southern Germany.


Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement strategic sales growth plans based on Xylon's unique all-in-one HIL data logger
  • Map potential customers and generate leads for the company – across both AD and ADAS automotive market segments
  • Analyze sales data
  • Actively support the company’s marketing activities in Germany

Requirements

Required experience:

  • At least 5-8 years of work experience in a related field
  • Strong technical background in Automotive Measurement Tools or similar Automotive segments
  • Experience in CRM
  • Building rapport, opening doors, and understanding business requirements of senior decision makers


Expected education, skills and qualities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar qualification
  • Strong leadership qualities and analytical skills to successfully oversee execution of the company’s plans
  • Strong target orientation and inclination towards making crisp decisions and implementing them decisively
  • Commercial mindset combined with technical expertise
  • Ability to see market trends and determine how to apply new technologies to produce growth and positive financial results
  • High-energy, resilient, persistent – comfortable with working in a high velocity, sometimes rapidly changing environment
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with strong ability to translate technical customer requirements into functional products and solutions
  • Flexibility, drive and ability to think outside the box
  • Ability to apply modern theories, management and negotiation skills to real world challenges
  • Native or fluent in German and English

Compensation:

The compensation package will be competitive and it will consist of an annual base salary and incentives as percentage on yearly sales volume.
