Requirements

What makes us smile when looking at your profile…


  •  Experience in a digital environment
  • At least 8 years of commercial experience in sales or strategy related roles
  • Ideally experience in B2B and/or consulting in digital marketing
  •  Demonstrated track record of creating strategy and other tools that drive a team to exceed goals
  •  Able to lead a distributed team across geographies, hold the overall P&L and deep-dive in various areas to win
  •  Strong analytical skills with proven ability to transition them into models or an approach that can be scaled to a large team
  •  Goal-oriented, organized, and proactive team player who is highly self-motivated
  •  Customer orientation with an ability to think innovatively whilst working to tight timelines
  •  Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities which enable to easily connect with existing stakeholders and grow a network
  •  Ability to clearly articulate key observations and translate into requirements or objectives.
  •  Feel comfortable to work in an agile and flat organisation
  •  Excellent command of written and spoken English, German is a pro
  •  Willing to travel on a frequent basis
  •  Ideally located in Amsterdam, London, Frankfurt or Munich
