Our client stenon offers the world’s first real-time soil analysis solution for agriculture.

With their IoT solution consisting of combined intelligent sensors, artificial intelligence and data analysis, they are solving a major, global problem in agriculture and society. They provide the data necessary for cultivation optimisation that is currently not economically accessible, and thus create extreme value for farmers.

 

 

Located in Potsdam, Brandenburg, they are now looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d) to join their team.

You will:

  • Work closely with the customers, maintain customer relationships and thus actively contribute to their and stenons success
  • Be the main contact person for the key accounts in the German market
  • Provide technical support for customers to support pre-sales and post-sales processes
  • Train customers/retailers/partners to use products effectively and utilize complete available features
  • Provide Product Management with customers’ feedback to identify potential new features or products
  • Report on product performance
  • Identify solutions to reduce support costs
  • Keep track of sales performance metrics

Requirements

Your Profile:

  • 4+ years of experience in Account Management or a related field
  • An ability to grasp customers' needs and suggest timely solutions
  • Passion for agriculture and technical products
  • Fluent verbal and written German communication skills
  • Good Englisch communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
